1. Exchange Policy

• Customers can exchange products within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to stock availability.
• Exchanges must be done at our store location: 7-1-397/119, MIG 3/A, Ground Floor of Hotel New Krishna Residency, SR Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are subject to management approval.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time is 5 to 20 days based on location and stock availability.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
